DrinkWithMe.lk is Sri Lanka's first city-based café, bar, and BYOB discovery and social matching platform. Users explore venues using a city filter, view them on a map with distinct tags (Café, Bar, BYOB, Bar with BYOB), and select up to three favourite spots. When two users share at least one mutual venue preference they are matched and can start chatting instantly.

DrinkWithMe.lk lists four types of venues: Cafés, Bars, BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) spots, and Bars that also allow BYOB. Venues are submitted by users and reviewed by admins before being published on the platform.

DrinkWithMe.lk uses a structured city filter to organise all venues. At launch it covers major Sri Lankan cities including Colombo, Kandy, Galle, Negombo, and Jaffna, with further cities added over time.

Users choose up to three venues as preferences. When two users share at least one common venue preference the platform creates a match, allowing them to chat. Free users have a message limit per match; premium subscribers get unlimited messaging.

Yes. Any registered user can submit a venue. After an admin approves the submission the submitting user becomes a Restaurant Owner and gains access to a dashboard where they can manage venue details and publish events. All changes are reviewed by admins before going live.

DrinkWithMe.lk has a dedicated Events section. Restaurant owners publish events which appear globally and on their venue page. Users can filter events by city, venue type, and date.
